Ingredients:
1 pack ground turkey (99% fat free)
1 large jar of chunky salsa
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 can Kidney beans
1 can Pinto beans
1 can Black beans
1 can of corn
Add Ketchup to taste
Mix following spices to taste: garlic powder, pepper and salt
Cook turkey until done. Add a generous amount of ketchup (around 1 cup – or to taste) and entire jar of salsa. Stir in diced tomatoes, beans, corn and spices. I generally serve with shredded cheddar cheese, fat-free sour cream and organic blue chips.
